Business life experience has been in sales, business development, management and consultancy related roles working for organisations such as Xerox and HP.

Experience across business management, consultative skills around workplace efficiencies and sales management processes working with SME and Large Enterprise.

High level of business systems knowledge, experience in creating business efficiency models including integrations and project management experience with CRM, DMS, CMS management systems.

Non-Executive Director experience supporting and guiding businesses to achieve growth and financial milestones. Fantastic knowledge of business models and market strategies to help and support business start up’s.

FOOTBALL INVOLVEMENT and EXPERIENCE

Having enjoyed a varied career in the game, I have always been associated with football and have coached, managed, scouted and consulted for many teams and clubs during this period.

Development of football players from a Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological perspective relating to Football (Soccer) and Sports Science. Have been involved in various player mentoring programs, supporting players to be better footballing role models, while identifying defined weaknesses of their game and improving them through analysis.

Knowledge and understanding of the business of football and the internal and external business environment of football clubs. Experience in motivating people to succeed in their work in different parts of the football business including leaders and managers influence on the working environment.

Understanding and knowledge of what makes teams more likely to succeed and how individuals involved at clubs can develop into more effective teams. Implementing strategies to support managerial transition and associated risk. Providing measurable plans that are realistic and achievable within the constraints of a budget.

Ability to implement a philosophy and culture to move clubs forward with pace and structure.
