Duncan is the current Managing Director of DCE Group, a strategic management consultancy organisation that operates across the private, public, and third sectors working with business and technology leaders to advise on Digital Transformation initiatives with ESG, sustainability and diversity at its core.

Duncan successfully co-founded and built and managed Impacted Training, a training and development firm whose specialist programs included Strategic Account Mastery Leadership & Management Excellence.
