Gordon played at the highest level in Scotland, England, Austria and Switzerland. His post-playing career has been equally impressive, holding key roles as an insightful pundit, SFA Chief Executive, and Director of Football at Rangers. Gordon’s unique blend of footballing expertise and strategic acumen will significantly enhance our team and benefit our clients.
As a Certified High-Performance Coach (CHPC), Vicky is committed to helping clients unlock their full potential. In Vicky’s role as UK Chair for G100 Sports Empowerment and Championship Wing, they spearhead initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable environment for women in sports and business. Vicky has worked with business leaders to provide strategies and mindset needed to thrive in competitive landscapes, drive innovation, and lead with confidence.
As the Chief Executive Officer Sandy is responsible for delivering against the strategies of the Scottish Football Partnership (SFP) and the Scottish Football Partnership Trust (SFPT) as set by their respective Boards. The role encompasses running the day-to-day operations of both organisations and has primary responsibility for leading and managing investment, projects, stakeholder management, collaborating with wider external organisations across the sport and business and increasing income streams.
