One to One Football Coach
Self - Employed/Contractor
Proven experience in delivering football coaching 1-to-1 sessions or small group coaching at youth or academy level. Strong understanding of player development principles and talent pathways.
As part of Performance Goals assessment of player performance you will work with us to manage and deliver targeted, individualised development plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date PVG safeguarding and first aid certificates. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Interested parties can work under the banner of Performance Goal or can provide sub contracted services you can invoice Performance Goal for.
Talent ID (Player Assessment Role)
Self - Employed/Contractor
As a Football Player Talent ID Assessor, you will be trained to observe, assess, and identify football talent.
Starting as a volunteer, you will work alongside an experienced mentor who will guide you in evaluating players strengths and weaknesses, with the aim of enhancing player performance through Performance Goals services.
Once certified, you will operate as a self-employed scout, conducting player assessments and receiving remuneration per assignment.
